RESOLVE is triggered if you are admitted overnight with any condition to any hospital located anywhere.

You receive up to a lifetime maximum benefit of $100,000 in case management, care co-ordination, advocacy, health coaching, research reports, expert opinions, biomedical device consulting, ethical review(s), tele-consultations, virtual case conferences, hosting of and maintenance of secure electronic medical records, online archiving of imaging studies (MRIs and CTs), benefits co-ordination, costing of medical procedures and logistical support.
